A school’s website should be a safe place to visit. Here is exactly what this site collects, and what we do with it.
What we collect
This website collects only the information you choose to give us through our forms: your name, email address, and — where a form requests it — your mailing address, phone number, and children’s grade levels. We do not require an account, and you can browse every page without providing any information at all.
How we use it
Information you submit is used solely for the purpose of the form you submitted it through:
- Petition signatures demonstrate community support for the charter and may be included in materials provided to the chartering authority.
- Founding families and information requests are used to notify you about enrollment, sessions, and school updates.
- Volunteer submissions are used to contact you about volunteer opportunities.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for marketing. We do not use advertising trackers or behavioral profiling of any kind on this site.
Children’s information
This website is intended for parents, guardians, and community members. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Grade-level information is provided by parents and used only for enrollment planning.
Donations
Donations are processed through our fund at Chesapeake Charities; payment information is handled by that platform and never touches this website.
Retention & your choices
We keep submissions only as long as they serve the purpose above. To have your information corrected or removed, email info@qaccs.org and we will honor your request promptly.
